Our working procedure
Our activity is focused to guarantee our Customers a durable reliability of our works, the full satisfaction of the required performances and the compliance with the relevant national and international applicable standards and specifications. To this purpose we strictly follow an operative procedure which is based on four phases which guarantees the reliability and the guarantee of maintenance and relevant durable updating of the delivered product.
Approach to the problem and used technologies
When feasible we use object oriented analysis. The language used for object modelling is employed for design of class and collaboration diagrams (UML).
Programming Languages
We normally use C, and C++ and the eventual interfaces with the more known DBMS and tools like PHP for web solutions.
Maintenance of Source Codes
Maintenance of source codes is assured in our company by means of the standard Unix/Linux CVS.
Installation Kit
The kit is delivered together with the specific documentation and trainig where contractually required.
Application maintenance during test and production phases
Maintenance of the application during test and production phases is assured by means of Bugzilla, which is an efficient tools for monitoring, managing and solving the possible bugs.
